Mt. Baker Vinyards, only a few miles up Mt. Baker Hwy, offers up a bottle of its finest Pinot Noir 2009 for two of you to enjoy with an exfoliating body polish, luxurious rehydrating lotion rub, followed by a relaxing Swedish massage with aromatherapy.  Package includes a two night stay for two in a King Suite with full, organic breakfast at Tree Frog Night Inn.  $645 (side-by side couple spa services add $20; additional nights may be added)

Vartanyan Estate Trilogia Hot Stone Massage Package

Vartanyan Estate Winery, a mile away up Noon Road, provides a delicious bottle of its best, 2008 Trilogia, to create the Hot Stone Trilogia package for two, including two specialty hot stone massages and a two night stay for two in a King Suite with full organic breakfast at Tree Frog Night Inn $560 (side-by side couple spa services add $20; additional nights may be added)

Samson Estate Hazelnut Deep Tissue Massage and Body Wrap (or facial) Package

Two people relish an exquisite bottle of Samson's Hazelnut aprez-diner wine along with a cleansing and stimulating hour-long facial followed by a deep tissue massage.  Package includes a two night stay for two in a King Suite with full, organic breakfast at Tree Frog Night Inn.  $670 (side-by side couple spa services add $20; additional nights may be added)  Samson Estate is several miles up Noon Road from the Inn and uses local berries and nuts in its wines, as well as making fine traditional wines.

Please give us as much advanced notice as possible of any specialty services you require.


Reservations are made and paid by one person in a group.  Any sharing of costs should be worked out among group members.


Deposit, Refund and Minimum Day Reservation Policy

At the time of reservation, we will charge your card for your first night’s stay. This deposit is nonrefundable in the 14 day period prior to your stay, except in documented emergencies or if the suite can be rebooked (less 10% processing fee). Deposit refunds are always available upon written request more than 14 days prior to reservation date, less credit card fees paid (typically 6.5% for charge and refund).


Seven days prior to your stay, we will charge your card for the balance of your stay. Refunds of this balance, less a 10% processing fee, are possible only in emergency or medical situations with advanced notice including documentation, or if we are able to rebook your room. If you need to shorten your stay, discretionary refunds may be provided for the canceled days less a 10% processing fee, if adequate notice is given for us to accommodate other guests during these days.

Typical minimum stay is two nights, and three nights on holiday weekends. Single night stays may be available at any time, however.  During high season, we can only consider single night stays close to the reservation date. Single night stays incur an additional $32 cleaning charge. Feel free to request a single night stay, and we will let you know if it works.

Laundry

Laundry may be done for $5/load. We provide HE detergent; no bleach can be used due to septic limitations.


Purchases & Fees

  • Fee to split King into two XL Twin beds is $25.  Single night stay cleaning fee $32.
  • In-home massage, craniosacral/energy healing, spa services and other body work, by advanced arrangement. Contact us for a list of services and prices. Discounts offered for longer or multiple sessions.
  • Gift certificates of any denomination available for purchase
  • Fee for transportation to or from the Bellingham airport or train station is $30, by advanced arrangement.  For $20, we will provide transportation to or from the Guesthouse Inn, a local SeaTac shuttle stop (see airporter.com for shuttle reservations) or to/from downtown.
  • If you leave something behind, we are glad to ship it to you. We charge $18 plus the store cost of packaging and shipping for this service. If we can ship the item from home, we charge $10 plus the postage cost. Please alert us if you become aware of anything you left that you would like us to send.
  • Guests will be responsible for the cost of breakage or damage, including a $200 minimum charge up to the actual cost to clean fabrics and/or repair damage that is specifically caused by smoking in the suites.
